After graduation Paul got involved in the first ever sustainability projects in the agricultural sectors through his roles with SGS, resulting in global travel for rollout, managing a global competence centre. Relocated to Hong Kong in 2005 to work in the consumer products sector, retail and supply chains with Bureau Veritas. Headhunted for the role as Regional Holding CEO and Regional Manager Far East for Industrial Services, Notified Body and certification activities performed various restructurings and JV and office closures while increasing revenue growth (5 to 20% y.o.y). Few years dedicated to managing startups in the sustainability field. COVID and wife’s relocation brought Paul to Shanghai where through sustainability networks he was engaged by CEA for his current role.
