My career after graduation has been a lifelong journey along the sustainability path, up till today. With the managerial exposure based on traits around efficiency improvement, digital transformation, change management, ERP implementation, consultative selling & Key Account Management, data mining and continious improvement. As a lifelong learner the Socrates quote below is a reason to keep the curiosity for knowledge flowing and to always become prepared for the road ahead. My pathway towards an INED portfolio around my key strengths has been based on my decades of sustainability experience and the current required knowledge and qualification of ESG for board members and roles. I believe that my sustainability and ESG experience, together with board preparedness makes me a candidate to add to diverse board teams to bring companies further along their sustainable journey of existence. Currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration based on research on boards influencing innovation through corporate governance.
